Matt, your private chef, has over 20 years experience as a chef and started his career in catering when he was just 14. Starting catering school and having a part time job alongside this at a local restaurant Odells in Newport Pagnell as a commis chef.
He then went on to develop his skill as a chef over the years at various establishments including The Carrington Arms, Mark Warner Resorts in Val d’lsere France where he was Head Chef, Nonna’s and The Narrowboat, which was awarded 2 rosettes while he was Senior Sous Chef.
We have previous experience delivering private events through working with DineIndulge as one of their freelance / self employed chefs and have now taken the plunge into starting something of our own.
